Concerts are RAIN or SHINE. For inclement weather, please bring a rain jacket or poncho. Due to safety and sightline concerns, UMBRELLAS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available unless we cancel. 

The Ville ticketing is an online system through our partner, FreshTix. City Hall does not handle ticketing and does not have a Box Office. You can purchase tickets on the day of the concert at the venue Box Office starting at 6 pm unless otherwise noted. There is a day of show ticket price increase of $5-$10 depending on the show. Get your tickets early and save!

Beach-style folding chairs and blankets are acceptable for lawn seating. Full-size lawn chairs do not work well and are not recommended. 

Children five years old and over in the lawn section must have a ticket. All children in the reserved sections must have their own seat ticket.

Guests may bring in a small cooler/picnic basket with their own food & beverages.  Food Trucks and drink vendors are also on site.

Parking is free and available in the shared parking lot on Tiger Trail.  Lower level seating is ADA accessible from this parking lot and entrance.  Limited ADA parking is also available at the upper entrance/box office location, as well as an ADA drop off point for entry to the upper and lawn level seating.

Unless otherwise noted, a typical show day generally runs as follows:

Doors – 6 pm

Opening Act – 7 pm

Headline Act – 8:30 pm
